Refund & Warranty Policy:
At Elite Eyes, we take pride in offering high-quality eyewear and exceptional patient care. To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we have established the following policy:
- All Sales Are Final We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any eyewear, lenses, accessories, or contact lenses.
All sales are final once the transaction is completed.
- This policy is in place to protect product integrity, prevent contamination, and ensure that every client receives brand-new, unused eyewear.
- Manufacturer Warranty
- The majority of our designer frames include a 1-year manufacturer warranty, which typically covers:
- Manufacturer defects
- Structural issues not caused by physical damage
Faults in hinges, build, or materials
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Scratches
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper cleaning
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer, not Elite Eyes.
Prescription Lens Policy:
- Prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
- If there are any concerns with vision or prescription accuracy, we will perform a complimentary recheck within 30 days and work with our lens partners to remake the lenses only if the prescription requires an adjustment.
Contact Lenses:
- For safety and hygiene reasons, all contact lens sales are final.
We cannot return or exchange opened or unopened boxes.
Service Fees:
- Professional services (eye exams, contact lens fittings, adjustments, repairs, etc.) are non-refundable.
